I have seen this before I teach swimming and have seen it on children and I have heard of it being hard to get rid of any Ideas|||My son had this and the doctor offered to burn them off however he eventually grew out of it, they just went away on their own. He was 1 when he got it and they were all gone by 2 1/2.
Best antihistamine for skin rash allergy?? its on my face!!!?
i dont know what it could be that im allergic to, thoguht it was hair dye as it only appeared since i been workin in a hair dressers. but it didnt appear on my hands only my face and neck. its kindof red marks, some with whiteheads and they are itchy. the doctor thought i was only allergic to it when i have it on me, like when im gettin my hair dyed. but.... i havn had my hair dyed since and it has appeared again!!!! how do i get rid of it!! posted another question explainin all details. i want it gone for good!! how do i get rid of it?? i am starting taking anti histamines again as this is third time its appeared since end of august!! and using hyrocortasone creme too. but i used those last time and it has appeared again. so they obviously didnt work last time. please help. i really need your advice!!! x x x x x|||you shouldn't ask a medicine from here. go see a dermatologist. ones medicine might not fit your skin.|||Benedryl|||go to the doctor... if it is an allergic reation it could be very serious since its on your face... it could spread into your mouth and down your throat.... go to the doc and get it fixed|||Since you have no idea what is causing the reaction, you should probably go to your doctor. Allergies like this worsen over time. In the meantime, Benadryl started making quick dissolve strips. I used them last year when I had a reaction (to the acid in raw tomato ... go figure); they work quickly since they are being absorbed as soon as you put it on your tongue. At the very least, it helps with the swelling, redness and any itching.
Good luck!
Good luck!
I have a skin rash that has small bumps filled with a puss like substance its only on my leg and on half of it
What could this possiblely be?|||could either be poison ivy, oak or sumac, or if you are a girl it could be ingrown hairs due to shaving too much.|||go to a Dr and find out.|||Ew, GO TO THE DOCTOR!!! That doesn't sound good.|||herpes?|||If the puss is clear, could be poison ivy. Take some Benedryl - it helps most rashes.|||maybe prickly heat rash|||either a pimple or its just a really bad allergic reaction|||it might be a heat rash if it is you will have a fine rash looking something like that is so you need to get gold bond powder it is great for that kind of rash my son and niece gets it all the time good luck|||It could be your pores getting clogged up...but with the word "rash" I would definetly go see a doctor...good luck!!|||Is the rash on your lower leg and were you in the grass or sand in the last few days. It maybe fire ant bites.|||Sun Poisioing or heat rash!
I have a terrible skin rash. It lookes like scalded skin. I take the drug cordarone. HELP!?
Sounds like you have an allergy against the medication! Contact your doctor!|||Is the cordarone a new medication? If so, it might be an allergic reaction. Even if not, it might be an allergic reaction to something else. It's hard to tell from these details. You should see a dr.
Bichon with skin rash and bump. at new place 4 2 wks. can that b reason?

Baby/ Blisters/ Skin Rash/ Advice needed?
HI,My 19m old has been getting unexplained blisters, he has ecsema, but this usually only appears on his back andsides, sometimes his elbows and legs, these blisters first appeared on his chin, then his side and now he has one on the top of his hand, I have not called his ped. yet, he has also been having 3-5 bowel movements a day, but are usually pretty solid, no real loss of appetite, has anyone else experienced this? Any advice? He doesn't seem sick, he runs, plays, yells, and gets into everything, just a little worried mommy!|||It could be hand/foot/mouth disease. Check %26amp; see if he has blisters in his mouth. My kids ha this a couple of times - there's not much you can do for it except wait it out. Of course you'll want to contact your pediatrician for an official diagnosis. Good luck!!|||If hes happy, healthy, no loss of appetite, doesnt seem to be in pain, and is not running a fever hes probably ok. But I would definitely call the ped as soon as possible to get an explanation as to what those blisters might be.|||I would take him to the pediatricians, just to be safe. He may just need some antibiotic cream but it could be more and when in doubt, it is better to be safe then sorry
his blisters could be less or more of something then someone else's baby's was
best wishes to you both|||Maybe it's an allergy. Give him baths with no soap for a couple of days, and do an extra rinse cycle on his laundry. Do call his doctor as soon as possible- it sounds painful.|||Isn't 3 to 5 bowel movements a day a little indication something is going on? It could even be related to the rash he has. Please get him to the dr. Better safe than sorry.|||I was just at the doctor with my daughter the other day and the Pediatrician said that Hand, foot, mouth disease is going around. I think that it's viral...don't remember but my kids have had it before. Another thing that can make your hands peel, is strep throat, but if he is acting fine, I wouldn't suspect that. Check inside his mouth and on the bottoms of his feet.|||Does it look like the blisters have pus in them? It could be a skin infection form scratching too much. Dirt and bacteria gets in to the skin and will cause blisters on the skin. It's not infectious, but you should take him to the doctor to get an antibiotic if that is what it is, and hydrocortisone to stop him from causing it again.|||has the ped doc seen this rash and or blisters? ?did he or she say? ecsema doesnt usually cause blisters, it could be a number of things,i would diffently see a doc just for peace of sleep, and how long has this been going on? if it has lasted more than three days, pleace get ahold of your ped.|||Call your pediatrician.

Is the skin rash shingles contagious?
We know someone with Aids and they have shingles , just being cautious.|||Shingles cannot be passed from one person to another.
However, the virus that causes shingles, VZV, can be spread from a person with active shingles to a person who has never had chickenpox through direct contact with the rash.
The person exposed would then develop chickenpox, not shingles.
The virus is not spread through sneezing, coughing or casual contact. A person with shingles can spread the disease when the rash is in the blister-phase. Once the rash has developed crusts, the person is no longer contagious. A person is not infectious before blisters appear.|||Shingles is contagious if you come in contact with with a sore on there body, but the aids isn't contagious just by touching them.
