Rash- skin looks sun burned in areas and has tiny white spots in the redness?

skin looks sun burned in areas and has tiny white spots in the redness|||sounds like you have 2nd degree sunbrn with blistering(the whiteness) and you also may be starting to peel. Keep the area clean and dry...put on aloe and cleanse with vinegar-it takes the sting out( i know it sounds funny but it works). Hop your feel better.next time make sure to apply sunscreen every hour and more often if you are in the water-spf of 15 or more required.

Will writing on my hands all the time make me develop ink poisoning? I now have a skin rash of some sort.?

I am a senior in high school now and all through school I had my friends write all over me and I would draw on myself as well and everyone told me to stop or I would get ink poisoning. Nothing ever happened to me that I know of and just recently my hands got these strange red marks on them and my hands have become incredibly dry which is unusual because I am a certain person that always uses lotion and things. I wanted to know if what happened to my hands is a result of ink poisoning or something else.|||my dad always tells me tat i will but i dont belive him b a rebel against those stupid idiots|||yes writing on hands with ink pens and any sort of new papers magazines coins. will all be poisonous, not really bad but pens on hands is really bad wat i suggest is go to the doctors before u get seriously hurt and the skin come's off.|||I doubt it...a very tiny, if any, amount of ink would actually be absorbed into your skin and the ink used nowadays isn't dangerous anyway. Your skin may have reacted to something in the ink but to get "ink poisoning" it would have had to gone into your bloodstream. If the rash gets any worse see your doctor. = )|||I know what you mean. My friend draws on her hands all the time. She quit. But, sometimes she does it. You could probably get it from that, but I'd just quit doing it, use cetaphil lotion (available at Wal-mart or your local drugstore) or Yves Rocher Arnica Hand Lotion. Go to the doctor just to be sure.Ok. Good luck!! www.yvesrocherusa.com

Who knows about the new epidemic called MRSA. Sweeping the country, its one of the most infectous skin rash?

Looks like cigarettes burns. Resists almost all antibiotics. 90% of all doctors have no idea what it is much less how to fix it. Have you heard or know anything of it?|||I think you are a little mistaken. MRSA stands for methicillin resistant staphylococous aureus. It is a bacteria that has become a common cause of infections (especially skin infections). Therefore, doctors do know what it is, and we do know how to fix it. The problem is that it is very resistant to antibiotic treatment. Often times these infections can be very severe, and since it is resistant to many antibiotics it will require IV antibiotics. If caught early enough and the infection isn't severe it can be treated with bactrim, clindamycin or some fluoroquinolones orally. However, because of the high resitance it often requires IV antibiotics and hospital admission. This is especially a problem in the diabetic population. It doesn't necessarily look like cigarette burns. Often times, it will start out like a pimple and then progress to a large red, painful rash. Many people who have normal immune systems will fight it off on their own. Often times it will work it's way to the surface of the skin and then open up to exude purulent puss and fluid. MRSA can be very serious if it infects the lungs or blood stream as people can become very sick and even die from it. A large popluation of people are colonized with this bacteria and will never experience any ill side effects. Hope this helps.

Over the last month or 2 my mother and I have developed a skin rash, any help of what it is?

When I first noticed this developing it was nothing but a couple of itchy little bumps on the side of my face. Then every week or so there would always be a new little patch of itchy bumps. When the new ones started itching the old ones would still stay there, but they wouldn't itch. Recently i've noticed they have started developing around my upper/inner arm area. Also my neck has started to be scaley and same with my chin. So please if you know, tell me what it is and what i should do? THANKS =]|||Have you changed your washing powderor, deoderants, there is another thing i can think of that is psorisis, its not catching , that is bumpy and itchy, and scaly, but dont panic its only a thought

Have a Merry Xmas|||sounds like eczema or impetigo(staph infection)try an antibiotic cream on it|||You could try to go to your doctors or your local pharmacy and see if there are any creams or tablets you could take. It might not be that it's anything serious, it could be your washing powder or you ate something which gave you a side affect or the itchy lumps on the side of your face. I hope my advise helps.

Good Luck and Merry Xmas.|||Here is a website that might help

depends on the type, you'll need different treatments.

There are many causes to the rash also.

Does anyone know of any good ways to remove scars caused by a skin rash?

I agree with everyone else about the mederma. It works really well, but it takes a while to kick in. Or you could use a combination of Vitamin E oil and Cocoa butter.

IF none of that works for you I suggest going to your dermatologist so that he can asses the damage done, and prescribe you something or give you a microderm abrasion. microdermabrasions are painless and effective but you have to go to 6 to12 treatments depending on how deep the scars are.|||probably mederma (for kids or not depending on ur age)|||Mederma is one of the most effective on the market. My plastic surgeon recommended it.|||u cld apply milk or coconut oil on thr affected area|||Ambi skin care is a product many black people use and it works great for all skin colors. It's very cheap also.|||YOU MIGHT HAVE TO GO SEE A PLASTIC SURGEON ON THIS ONE BUT IF YOU CANT AFFORD IT YOU MIGHT CAN USE PALMER'S COCO BUTTER ON YOUR FACE TO SMOOTH IT OUT ..... HEY IT HELPS WITH WRINKLES AND STRECH MARKS IT SHOLD WITH SCARS ALSO TRY RITEN A PRODUCTS TOO !!!!|||Maderma is very good. You can also use Cocoa Butter.|||Hello there from Greece. Well, I think that some collagen injections would work on the scars but results last for almost 6 months. If scars are small and close to wringles (I don't know your age) also botox could work.
