Do not try to self medicate the problem. When eczema has gotten to this point, over the counter hydrocortisone creams do not help it.|||Either an allergic reaction to something or excema? Is she having difficulty breathing? Is she coughing or scratching all over?|||How old your daughter is?
May be she is having allergi to some cloth or bed linen or nappy rash.

Don't wait go to a peadiatrician|||is it flaky at all? could be dermitis. best bet is just to try topical hydrocortizone creams. if that doesnt work go to your family doctor and he'll probably prescribe some stronger stuff.|||It sounds like Eczema Dermatitis. Best to take her to a doctor immediately as this can worsen. Make sure that she don't scratch them no matter how itchy it is bcos it will spread to other parts of the body if she does that!|||My grandsons both got measles, even though they had the measles vaccine. The doctor said the vaccine isn't 100% effective, and they broke out around midnight on a Sunday.
Your description isn't very detailed. Hot, itchy, red patches could be anything from hives to an allergic dermatitis. I would have the doctor take a peak, but, for now, try some calamine lotion. Most 24 hour supermarkets and drugstores have it. Might give her some relief until you could see the doc.
