If the rash i get goes away with skin moisturizer and i'm not tired and feel good except for my elbows ache

The rash associated with Lupus does not go away with moisturizer (lupus is an auto-immune disease). Though, for myself my tiredness did not start to occur and become a constant until after my first flareup. Prior to that, I had tons more energy.
