it most likly is not a rash you need to see a doctor to have it diagnosed and don't wait as sometimes the symptoms will disapear but the desease will not....go see someone.|||An allergy to something you touched|||fluid filled blisters can be a number of things, but varicella (chicken pox) comes to mind. You should really see a Doctor or Dermatologist for an accurate diagnosis though.|||water bumps??? you mean blisters???..uh a burn???|||Plant allergy.

Toxic waste.|||I had a similar question and I found out blister beetles were the problem for me. It started out as a red rash on my arm and by the end of the day I had blisters.
