Skin rash on top of both feet and nowhere else. Don,t Know........about a month now.?

Could this be a diabetes thing, contact dermatitis, poor circulation? Thanx.|||this could be the start of athlete's foot! i had this but with a foot spray and talc powder, it should go away within a few weeks!
