Molluscum is a skin rash my daughter (7) has I wonder if any one has had success geting rid of it?

I have seen this before I teach swimming and have seen it on children and I have heard of it being hard to get rid of any Ideas|||My son had this and the doctor offered to burn them off however he eventually grew out of it, they just went away on their own. He was 1 when he got it and they were all gone by 2 1/2.
