Skin rash or something?

This is on my belly area near my belly botton. I shaved my belly and then after a few days these came up i was wondering what they are. They have been there for a month or so... heres a pic. http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=89lt25x%26amp;...|||dermatitis.. ur blade is maybe blunt so caused an infection of the pores. i get it when i shave my legs too at times. To prevent it, change ur blade regularly and an exfoliating scrub to get rid of dead cells n in grown hairs 2-3 times per week. If its there for a month u have ingrown hairs most probably. Get pure emu oil to bring down the inflammation or see the doctor for some steriod cream.
