I need help, i have white discharge a rash and dry skin what could it be?

i had sex 5 days ago without no protection and he ejaculated in me 4 times because we were trying to have a baby, but yesterday i started getting a rash and it seems like it is spreading and leaving dry skin. i have been hurting i cant even hardly walk or sit down because it is tinging just like a rash. i have also had alot of discharge like it is coming out like a cycle and im not on my cycle. the discharge is white and clear and i dont know what it is. Go to the clinic ASAP, otherwise you might become sterile, and not be able to get pregnant at all.|||Go and get checked out. It could be an STD or it might just be from to much sex.
